That is a substantial change from the previous $3.50–5 per user/month pricing, and it is the main reason small teams end up comparing it with Timbre: a 25-person company that used to pay roughly $1,200/year now faces a five-figure floor.
Does Officevibe do 360-degree feedback?
Yes. Since Officevibe became part of the Workleap platform, 360° performance reviews are included in the suite. The meaningful difference is no longer capability, it is packaging and price: Timbre sells anonymous 360° and pulse surveys on their own, per seat, from $50/month, while Workleap sells them as part of an annual platform subscription.
Is Timbre cheaper than Officevibe?
